To ensure our current customers benefit from this new program, Series 5* players purchased between November 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, are eligible to be registered to receive an extended 3-year warranty, bringing their total coverage to 5 years. Paired with BrightSign’s typical 5+ years of software support, this warranty reinforces the longevity and dependability you’ve come to expect from BrightSign.

To honor our commitment to all BrightSign users, Series 5* players purchased between November 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, can be registered for up to an additional 3 years, ensuring comprehensive protection for a total of 5 years. Players with an active bsn.Control o bsn.Contenido account are automatically enrolled for the 5-year warranty — no extra steps needed.
