Starting January 1, 2025, all newly purchased and registered Series 5 and beyond media players worldwide now come with a 5-year standard warranty.

New customers can activate the 5-year warranty by registering their players online. Players with an active bsn.Control or bsn.Content account are automatically enrolled for the 5-year warranty.
